Our checkout is currently compatible for use of most major credit cards; Visa and MasterCard.

All credit card payments are processed independently through Stripe and are not held at any time with Backdoor. We also have an up-to-date SSL certificate to ensure your information is protected.

When you create an account, your details (contact, shipping address etc) are saved so you don’t have to fill them out every time you make a purchase. The details of your orders are also saved so you can check the status of current orders or view the details of past orders.

ORDERS

Yes! If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us ASAP so we can get to it before it is dispatched. If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to wait until you receive your order so you can send it back for an exchange or refund. For our full returns policy, click here.

There are a few reasons why you may not have received an order confirmation email and in some cases it may mean we haven’t received your order.
Please check the following:
1. Your payment has gone through
2. The email address you entered is correct
3. The order confirmation email isn’t in your Junk folder
If there’s still no sign of your order confirmation email, please contact us.

Due to the accidental nature of skate, boards are not covered by any warranty or guarantee.

When your order has been picked and packed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
This email includes a tracking link for every parcel on its way to you, ensuring you can keep track of the progress your parcels have made while in transit.
By clicking on the link in the email you will be taken to the Courier Post website, where you can track the progress of your delivery. You can also manually enter a tracking number.
You will receive the tracking link/s once the full order has been dispatched. This means in the case of multiple parcels being dispatched, you will receive the links once they have all been completed.

All of our orders are sent with a signature required on delivery.
If no one is home at time of delivery, and you have given the courier an ATL (Authority To Leave), the parcel will automatically be left in a safe location. We’d recommend doing a thorough search around the front of your home, and don’t forget to check with your housemates or even your neighbours who may have collected this for you for safekeeping.
