We accept change of mind returns for most purchases made online as long as you meet these criteria:

• Items must be returned within 14 days of original purchase date 

• Clothing items must be in new, unworn condition with original tags attached

• Skate Decks must be in new, unused condition with original packaging. 

• You must provide proof of purchase. 

• The following items are not eligible for return:

• ‘Create Your Own’ custom design orders

We may refuse the return of items that do not comply with the above criteria. 

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

BY COURIER
Download the returns form and follow the instructions on the form. If the item is faulty, please contact support@switchback.co.nz and we will issue a return label for you.

FAULTY RETURNS
If your purchase is faulty, we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to find a remedy within a reasonable time frame.
